Less calories foods for breakfast?

So currently, I eat a handful of grapes and two pieces of toast with nutella for bread. But I’m starting a new diet, so I want lower cal, but still filling foods to eat.

I was thinking that instead, I would have 1 apple, 1/2 cup of grapes, and 1/2 cup of pineapple.

Does this sound good? Will it still be filling?

Try to get some protein. You have the fruit down, but maybe try eating an egg or some nuts. Protein is extremely filling, and can really keep you energized for a busy day. Also, low calories.
